NETTIParkki 1. – Tool for the house manager

NETTIParkki 1. is an Internet application for the management of residential and office building parking. It enables parking management without heavy software. The NETTIParkki application shows the information about all parking destinations and their areas managed by the house manager. The application shows, for example, the rental agreement and customer information of the parking spaces, as well as the queuing situation. Any changes can be updated easily through the Internet.

You can also order plates with register number and company name on them through NETTIParkki. The plates will include information about the house, area, and parking space, which eases attaching the plates. The new plates and clear attaching instructions can be delivered directly to the maintenance company in charge of attaching them.

NETTIParkki2. – Contract management

NETTIParkki 2. - Contract management is planned to make management of the validity of parking rights and parking space agreements as easy as possible. The Web application also includes a small accounts ledger and diverse tools for invoicing. The contract management is perfect for the use of parking companies, and it makes operating easier with no heavy software.
