In camera-equipped parking facilities with barriers, you can pay for parking in the following ways:
With the Moovy app (The payment card and license plate number must be added, and camera recognition must be enabled before leaving the location. Approve the transfer of parking to the application if necessary and ensure that the parking appears in the application.).
At the payment kiosk before exiting the facility.
With other parking apps indicated at the facility (the parking session must have been started in the app).

What is the Moovy app?
Moovy is a Finnish, easy-to-use mobile application that can be used to pay for parking on street-side spaces and in parking garages.

How can I access the parking garage by foot?
With the Moovy app:
You can find the pedestrian door access code on the Moovy app’s home screen below the location name when your parking is active. Enter the code on the keypad next to the door.
With a QR code:
Scan the QR code next to the pedestrian door using your phone’s camera → Open the webpage → Enter your vehicle’s license plate number → Press Open.
By phone:
Call the control room using the quick-call button or your own phone. Our control room is available 24/7 (tel. +358 3 387 8216).
Can I drive into the parking garage with a trailer?
Parking with a trailer is not allowed in parking garages. For example, in barrier-controlled parking facilities, the barrier may close too early between the car and the trailer.
If you are using a trailer, we recommend parking in an outdoor, barrier-free area.
Is parking in a garage free with a parking card for people with reduced mobility?
Parking is subject to a fee also for holders of a parking card for people with reduced mobility.
In our outdoor parking areas, parking is started using the Moovy app or paid at a payment machine upon arrival.
Parking enforcement is carried out in our outdoor parking areas, so the parking right must be paid for the correct license plate number and for the correct duration.
Online store and contracts
Can I purchase parking in advance?
In the Finnpark online store (in Finnish), fixed-term (1–30 days) parking rights are available for parking garages in Tampere. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
I have ordered a parking right from the online store. Why did parking start in Moovy?
Parking rights purchased from the online store are not visible in the Moovy app, but parking is free during the validity of the parking right. After the parking session ends, they will appear in the app as zero-priced transactions.
Contract parking for private individuals
With the Moovy app, you can subscribe to 24/7 parking contracts as well as overnight and weekend parking contracts.
We also offer residential parking contracts and hybrid parking contracts for private individuals. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Contract parking for companies
We offer companies various types of parking contracts billed to the company, such as 24/7 contract parking and shared-use (shift-based) parking contracts.
Company parking contracts can be ordered through a Moovy business account. A business account allows you to order, manage, and assign parking contracts to employees.
