What makes a city work for people on the move?

We design and deliver smart parking services that make mobility easier and provide business premises to meet the needs of parking and commerce. We provide services for parking space owners ranging from equipment deliveries to comprehensive parking management. From our control room, which is open 24 hours a day every day of the week, we operate parking facilities across Finland. Moovy is our agile service platform and mobile application for both consumer and business customers for various parking needs.

Group structure, mission and vision

Finnpark is a Finnish group engaged in parking and real estate business through subsidiaries wholly or partly owned by the parent company. In spring 2022, a restructuring was carried out in the group, as a result of which the parking business and real estate business were separated into their own companies within the Finnpark Group, and direct real estate holdings were incorporated into real estate companies. The aim of the arrangement is, among other things, to facilitate the management and measurement of the group’s business areas. At the beginning of 2024, the parking business was divided into Finnpark Pysäköinti Oy and Moovy Oy. The Finnpark Group is owned by the City of Tampere.

In May 2024, the City of Tampere and Finnpark Oy established a joint venture called Finnpark Parkisto. The company’s task is to build underground parking projects that might not otherwise be realised on market terms. Moving parking underground supports the development projects in the city centre. Finnpark Parkisto is a public contracting authority and one of the subsidiaries of the Finnpark Group. The group’s long experience and the expertise of its personnel in planning and implementing parking solutions are utilised in Parkisto’s projects.
